I’m working on getting up earlier in the day. I’m a night owl. My mother is a night owl. My grandmother is a night owl. I even remember my great-grandmother being a night owl! I’m trying to break the cycle. Any suggestions? Wish me luck. I feel like this is the one big hurdle I must tackle if I’m going to see further progress in my health goals.

“Get to know your neighbor” Seems easy doesn’t it? So why have we stopped doing this? At first thought, I don’t really want to. But after thinking about why I don’t want to, I realized its because I don’t want to have to like them. And then I realized I don’t have to like them. I should just be able to know who they are, right?
